Bad day

Wih the snow and everything my day food wise started off good and then went down hill. Don't really wanna put down how many syns I've had as tbh I really don't know. I've felt so trired and rubbish today that I think that has just taken over me. I hope it hasn;t stunted any weight loss I have had as would hate to go to group on Tuesday and stayed the same or even put on in my first week I doubt one day could do that but you never know fingers crossed.

Yummy

Today I tried the slimming world pork sweet and sour recipe from the website but used king prawns instead of the pork. It was yummy and I'll defiantly be having it again. Am gonna make some of the slimming world free hummus tomorrow to have as a snack with some veg sticks. Have missed having my muller light yogurt today have been enjoying having one as a dessert but forgot to pick more up lol.

Am loving this

My trousers are already starting to feel looser but yet I'm eating more. I don't feel hungry I actually feel great and knowing I can reach for something if I need a snack is good too. This is what I've eaten today and your gonna be shocked!!!

Breakfast: Porridge and a banana with a cuppa tea
Lunch: Chilli Chicken Low Fat Super Noodles with mixed veg
Dinner: Cottage Pie, Mixed Veg and gravy
Dessert: Mullerlight Strawberry yogurt and an apple

See on what diet would u be able to eat that much and my lunch was a full deep bowl and my dinner was on a dinner plate not a side plate and wasn't a small portion. Can't wait for my weigh in on Tuesday am sure I've lost and I'm gonna be a happy girl.
